1.open your image in photoshop
2.klik image - adjustments - black & white (alt + shift + ctrl + b) - klik ok
4.set your threshold dark and light your image - ok
5.save or save as type jpg or png
6.open your image or photo which already designs in photoshop , open in illustator
7. klik direct selection tools - klik your image - image trace to the right - high filedy photo
8.click expand
